Members
$300 for the first attendee ($350 after 12/15), $200 per additional attendee ($250 after 12/15)
Associate Members

Optional Activities (open to all conference attendees)
GOLF TOURNAMENT - Wednesday, January 18 – 1pm tee times (not a shotgun start) Preliminarily a four-man scramble. At the St. Petersburg Country Club. Awards & post tournament drink at the hotel pool bar. Space is limited, $70 per golfer.
POKER TOURNAMENT - Friday, January 20 – 6:30pm Texas Holdem Poker Tournament held at Derby Lane Dog Track in St. Pete. Includes draft beer and food throughout the night for all players. Cash payout's to approx top 10% of finishers. (typically $450 for 30 players). The dogs will be running under the lights as well. This is an existing Tampa Bay Club Sport event open to all. Transportation may be provided. $60 per person.

Cut-Off Date
To assure accommodation availability, reservations must be received by the established cutoff date of January 1, 2012 (before 11:00 PM EST). Rooms not secured by the cut-off date will be released and all future reservations will be on a space available basis at the prevailing room or category rate.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES:
Please call Reservations Department directly by telephone at 1-800-344-5999 (USA and Canada) and identify yourself as part of the SSIA Annual Convention group block. Any group participants who do not make their arrangements in this manner will not be linked to the group and will not be counted as part of the group block (so PLEASE do so!).
To confirm a reservation, a valid VISA, MasterCard or American Express card must be held on file. To avoid a one nights’ charge to card notice of cancellation must be received by hotel at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
OTHER AMENITIES:
All SSIA hotel guests will get free parking (one car per room), 10% off all hotel outlets, free internet.
