GDS was founded by Jamie Connor, Mark DeNafo, Matt DeNafo, and Nick Gargano in February of 2009. After months of deliberating about various leagues the founders have played, it was time to go to action. Action it did. After the first year Glory Days Sports ended with three different sports to offer its 400 plus members. GDS moved to an adult sport and social club in February of year two. This proved invaluable as the sports leagues have since grown to double digits and the social events numerous. By the end year 3, Glory Days Sports organizes 10 different sports leagues, several tournaments, dozens of social events throughout the year. With over 500 teams and 6,500 GDS Members in just 3 years, Glory Days Sports is South Jersey's fastest growing adult sport and social club.
