TRI SPORTS was formed in 2001, to serve the social and recreational needs of the Greater Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, NC area. TRI SPORTS began in response to the high demand for well-run sports leagues with an integral social component. The SSC is targeted towards professionals, in their 20s, 30s & 40s who are looking for more than just a sports league. With 20,000+ participants yearly, TRI SPORTS organizes sports leagues, large-scale social events, charity events, and trips (international & domestic), including La Tomatina, Spain’s infamous tomato fight. Additionally, corporate leagues, tournaments, & fundraisers, as well as grad school leagues and tournaments under our RTP and Grad School divisions.
