As a reminder, this is what we're doing.

We are looking for 6 clubs to form the SSIA's first EOS cohort group. We'll meet with an EOS expert 1x a month for a total of five 90-minute sessions. The ultimate goal is to make your club bigger, more profitable and with less headaches. You'll also receive a certificate of completion from the SSIA. This would normally cost you $6,000. For being a member of the SSIA, you can get it for $500. The intro session is FREE, not part of the 5 workshops, and you'll get to decide afterwards if you want to join the cohort group- which will start in October. Learn more details below:

How do you run your business?

Literally, how does your business run? I bet you didn't take 'Kickball studies' in college. Every business needs a system to run their business and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a proven framework of how to run your business, break through all walls, and achieve your goals.

We are looking for 6 Clubs to form the SSIA's first cohort group and bring EOS to your club. You'll learn tools to improve day-to-day operations, all the way to taking steps to achieve your 10 year vision. The ultimate goal is to make your club bigger, more profitable with less headaches and more free time for you. This would normally cost you $6,000. For being a member of the SSIA, you can get it for $500. You'll learn, grow and share with other members in your cohort group. It's all via zoom, and the group will meet with an EOS expert 1x a month for a total of 5 90-minute sessions. The group will hold an additional zoom 1x/month to implement the teachings directly into their business. You'll also get access to a Facebook group to hold further discussion with your cohort group. In the end you'll have mastered several tangible tools to grow your business as well as receive a certificate of completion from the SSIA.

• Identify and measure the metrics that matter most to your business.
• How to define priorities and deliver on your goals.
• How to permanently solve recurring issues once and for all.
• Define 'your process' so it's crystal clear what your customers will expect.

EOS is based on the book Traction by Gino Wickman. Several clubs in the SSIA already employ these methods.
