Never been to an SSIA Conference? 

The SSIA Conference has been around for 17 years now. Think of it as a Social Sports Event, built by Social Sports operators, for Social Sports companies (so the bar is set pretty high). Check out this video from our 10th annual conference in Cancun, Mexico.

All attendees must be booked within the SSIA Room Block. Please keep in mind that room block reservations cannot be secured wth IHG points. There are no exceptions at this time (e-mail conference@ssia.us with any questions)

Conference Registration

Room block booking and conference registration is required for all attendees (please book your room first, as the booking ID will be a required field in the registration process).

First Attendee - Free (still must register)

Additional Attendee Early Bird Rate - $600 (Ends November 31, 2026)

Additional Attendee Regular Rate:

Tier 1 Member - $750

Tier 2 Member - $700

Tier 3 Member - $650

All sponsors that plan to attend the conference must have their company be an official sponsor of the SSIA.

Non-Members

a 1-time only rate for companies that are considering joining the SSIA but want to try out the conference 1st. Must be a Social Sports Industry company. 

Non-Member Fee - $1,000

Guests

Conference attendees can invite guests to conference receptions (welcome reception, SSIA Challenge and Social Stars Gala). Guest Attendees are not allowed at any other conference functions and must not be employees of any member/sponsor organization. 

Guest Attendee Fee - $250

The SSIA is proud to honor our member achievements at the 2026 Social Star Awards Gala. The Social Stars recognize the best in the industry, those moving us forward, and those excelling at what they do. All nominations should be represented in the 2025 calendar year.
